Subject: Can you can with an electric Pc?

I sure hope this does not double post as I think I hit the wrong button last time! :)

Anyways, I am looking at buying the Farberware 8qt electric PC and want to use it to can pint jars of various items as needed in addition to it's everyday usage as a cooker. Can this electric PC be used to can small items? Thanks!
