Subject: anyone make the paella in gvcup yet?

now that i'm finally home with my hubby, my spices and both* of my pcs, i'm ready to get cooking. the paella veg in gvcup looks good - has any one made it yet, any suggestions, substitutions? i'm thinking it will be a good summer dinner with a bowl of homemade gazpacho.

*actually, one is staying at my mom's house for a few days, but this is a trunk-space logistical issue and i wil be bringing her home soon
