Wow, thanks for jogging my memory. Many weeks ago (just about the time this PC board blossomed), I bought Lorna Sass' Cooking Under Pressure book.

I appreciate the recipe though, because it helps me to jump-start with a tried and true delicious recipes.

Are these PC's easy to use? I've never used a one before (I even have the old rocker top kind way in the back of the cupboard and it has never seen a veggie or a bean--don't like that hissing, rocking biz). Am hoping this is a simple process...from all the raving, I can only presume that it is!
