Red Lentil Dal 2 cups coarsely shopped onions Sautee onions and garlic until onions are limp, add all other ingredients. Bring to high pressure and cook for five minutes. Quick release the cooker by running cold water on lid. Serve over brown rice or salad, or eat alone. A touch of soy sauce and/or avocado makes a tasty topping - as well as the Tropical Salsa from Whole Foods (which includes mango and papaya in the ingredients).
