I just (over)cooked chick peas in my pc, but two days ago I made risotto and I will be making risotto on Wed for a guest. I may pc quinoa or millet or rice (brown, of course) before that, but the next thing I make make will be risotto. The above info is for my 2nd pc, which travels with me. As for what my dh is cooking in the first pc, I can only imagine...
