Guy, I actually bought the insert because of your posts. I appreciate your explanations and suggestions immensely. Thank you! Now that I switched to fat-free vegan cooking I needed some method to cook my favorite rice dishes in a PC without scorching. Your advice about insert is priceless! So I cooked 1 cup of white rice in the insert. I was terribly sceptical. But I was nearly in shock after I tasted it. Superb! Heavenly! I am still shaking my head in disbelief... I will try to cook oatmeal in the insert as well. Thank you for the suggestion!
