I'll post the recipe after I get home. Oh, and Heart's Nutty Rice is easy and deeeelicious! I've made all sorts of variations on it--adding more veggies, using tomato juice in place of some of the broth. There's just no going wrong with Nutty Rice. I took it to a potluck last month, and people were taking it home with them afterwards! Heart, thanks again for that recipe!
