We are having a birthday celebration for my sister, her hubby and myself this week and I'm making several pressure cooker meals for everyone so that my sister and mother (new Kuhn owners) can see how delicious pc'd food really is. I know I'm doing the black beans, but I haven't settled on the other recipes yet. Probably green beans from my mother's garden and maybe some Southern Greens. It's too darn hot and humid to think about it!
