Hi, Here's my menu and recipes in case anyone is interested. (I had a slight problem which I will post in another letter). Roasted Potatoes and Herbs Roasted Potatoes and Herbs (adapted from from missvickie.com) Chick Pea Salad Dressing: Combine and refrigerate. optional: 3 T sliced green olives The greens were so fast and easy. I just put in 3/4 c water and a bunch of Swiss Chard. Then put a tiny drissle of olive oil over top and sprinkled them with salt. 3 minutes pressured on high. (while I called the family to lunch!) Tiny bit of lemon juice on them at the table if desired. There you go. I collected my reward at the end of the meal from my husband and son! Laurel
