Hi,
I am a long-time vegetarian that has finally decided I need a pressure cooker and have been trying to research PCs. At this point I think I would especially like a pressure cooker for brown rice and various beans, though I heard greens and other veggies are great (and fast) in a PC too.

I am being very undecisive about whether I want a programmable (sounds really good so I can set it and leave it--but seems so BIG) or a stovetop like a Kuhn (I hear such good things about them). Since they are so expensive I want one that is handy that I will use everyday and not dread cleaning. I read the main review on this site and it seems like they like them both and the review really doesn't lean either way. Please just tell me what you would do for a first PC.

Where is the best deal on the internet these days? (Aside from Amazon which doesn't seem to be delivering. . .)

Thanks for any input.

Laurel
