I think the Aeternum brand isn't well known. Come to think of it, I'd guess that the vast majority of US citizens couldn't name a single brand of pressure cooker. I also use a fairly obscure brand. It is the Fissler brand & is made in Germany. It has two features which, to me, are most important. Their top of the line has multiple pressure settings & an automatic 2nd valve which prevents foaming. If I were you I'd consider purchasing another Aeternum. They are a great value & are one of the few PC's which has the 2nd valve for venting steam before it automatically seals.
