Thanks for sharing your seed and bean knowledge Eric. Just wondering what seeds you cook because I`m only familar with sprouting seeds to use as raw sprouts on salads. I tired drying my seeded sprouts and that worked well . They have a nutty flavour and are always on hand due to the fact I can do them ahead of course. DJ
