My gf & I go to a nearby city to the big Farmer's Market (they have a wholesale section where you can get truckloads of stuff), and bring home loads of fabulous summer veggies to cook up in the pc. Oh, it's good to be veg*n in Alabama in the summertime!

Last night's menu: Roasted Silver Queen corn-on-the-cob, fresh green beans (cooked in the pc), incredibly juicy, beautifully red sliced tomatoes. Ah, nature's bounty!
