Other than that, you can adapt almost any recipe you have to your PC. I make a vegetable soup that we really like. I start out with piles of chopped onion and some garlic, cook that in a little water until it carmelizes, then add celery, mushrooms, green beans, broccoli, carrots, about a cup of vegetable broth and a big can of tomatoes. I think I also put in some red pepper flakes in the last batch, also some oregano and frozen basil I had on hand. I cooked it for 4 minutes on high pressure, let the pressure reduce for 10 then added a half cup of orzo pasta and let it sit with the cover on for about 10 minutes. It thickened up really well and is very good.
