and I got the Lorna Sass book either on half.com or amazon for a very reasonable price, used. I love it! So far every recipe that I've tried we have liked. I think the title is Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure. You need it! Other than that, you can adapt almost any recipe you have to your PC. I make a vegetable soup that we really like. I start out with piles of chopped onion and some garlic, cook that in a little water until it carmelizes, then add celery, mushrooms, green beans, broccoli, carrots, about a cup of vegetable broth and a big can of tomatoes. I think I also put in some red pepper flakes in the last batch, also some oregano and frozen basil I had on hand. I cooked it for 4 minutes on high pressure, let the pressure reduce for 10 then added a half cup of orzo pasta and let it sit with the cover on for about 10 minutes. It thickened up really well and is very good. Did you get the video with your pot?
