Scrumptious beans! Flavorful, smokey and spicy to your tase of course. Why do some people think beans are boring? *grin*

We had them last night over brown rice with cold steamed green beans from the farmer's market on the side and it was heavenly. Of course my mouth was watering for it today at lunch and it was even better after the flavors had married.

The down side is that those tempting beans took me off my personal eating plan of all raw and no grains at lunch. LOL I'm trying to keep my grains to dinner only.

Salad only for me at dinner tonight but boy, I love those beans! This will be a new favored dish at our house.
