Subject: Did the sauerkraut/potato/kale thing....

I used onions and caraway, some veg broth and then about a half pound of kale, with a quart of sauerkraut. After 4 minutes at high pressure, the kale had become dull green and then I added some brown sugar to taste, not much. It was pretty good. Oh, I put in about a 1/2 cup quick barley, too.

If I do this again, I will put in the kale after it's cooked, and put the lid on to let it steam for a few minutes.
