Subject: GIANT Artichokes!

So big that I had to force two of them into my biggest pressure cooker. Whew!! It's amazing the great produce we get shipped up here in Alaska.
They are cooking right now. In another pc I have new yellow spuds halved with the cut side up on a steamer rack, sprinkled with garlic, pepper and herbs. Ho hum, supper should be done before I get my groceries put away. Tough life.....
