To tell you the truth, if I could go back in time and opt out, I would. Some people are 100% sold on theirs and that is great, but everybody has different experiences and cooking preferences. No sense asking for a gift you are pretty sure you wouldn't enjoy.

There are some things I use mine for but they are not enough for me to consider my Kuhn Rikon a good investment for me personally. Believe me, after spending THAT much money, I really wanted to like it and sing its praises to everyone I know. It just has not happened that way after giving it many tries to win me over. To each his own, right!
