What quantities do you cook? If you cook very large quantities this might be worth considering. I have a 10 liter pressure cooker. I found a 6 quart "Tools of the Trade" pot at Macy's. After removing the handles & bending the steel brackets back, it fits just about perfectly on a 2 1/4" high tripod inside the 10 liter pressure cooker. The maximum amount of dry rice it can cook is about 6 cups. That quantity fills the 6 quart insert about a half inch from the top. You may be able to find a pot which fits inside of your particular pc. Most pots have straight sides which makes them more usable (stability & volume) for insert use than do most stainless bowls. I'd suggest taking your pressure cooker & tripod along if you go shopping to find a pot which fits.
