I looked and looked and didn't find any kind of insert here in Anchorage
so I finally broke down and ordered the Ohsawa Ceramic Pot. I'm very excited about it. It should work for beans, grains and the whole nine yards. No more burnt rice! I'm waiting for it to arrive!!!
