Sounds like this might be "What's For Supper" tonight. We are also having wraps of some kind, got a new tortilla maker Saturday, and my husband made tomato wraps last night with white whole wheat flour. They are good on their own, but I think the tomato is just for color. I think I'll make something with black beans to go in these wraps. I might just try the sauerkraut and potatoes in a wrap.....
