I forgot to tell you about it. I changed the recipe a bit, used an entire container of BTCC and 3/4 cup of sugar. It took longer than 30 minutes to cook. I loved it. It had a distinct tofu taste but really yummy. I didn't think it could pass for cheesecake. I explained to my parents what I had done. Although my mother said I should stop trying to make cheesecake, she and my father licked the plate clean. The three of us ate the whole thing in 2 nights.
