I use a French White Corningware casserole that just fits. Also a strip of foil folded, the way Lorna Sass shows in the video that came with my PC. It is so easy, and rice is perfect. I considered a rice cooker too, but why have two appliances, especially one that is so specialized, when you don't really need it?

The only drawback is now I might need TWO PCs. Oh well.....
