Thanks for the informantion, Eric-I 'll look at the sites you mentioned. i never even thought of soaking rice before cooking it. Sounds like a good nutritional concept in general, though. Hey, have fun here at VegSource-it's a great site and I have learned so much! I started at the 'soy' forum and ended up learning so much from reading at the other forums,too : )
