Subject: Bit the bullet, now I'm counting the days!

I ordered the 7 liter Kuhn Rikon from Amazon. $145 after the special they're currently running, and free shipping (which of course means it'll take longer to arrive, grrrr.) Could be 10 days before I see it.

I've saved lots of recipes from this board, and ordered the Sass book that you guys keep talking about. Thanks for the advice.....
