At that point is it like normal rice cooking? In my Hitachi it was always about 1.25 cups water to 1 cup rice. Typically I would make 2 cups of rice; sometimes more. I'm printing out your answer, btw. Thank you for the help. I think I'm going to order the Kuhn from Amazon, because there's a $15 off deal there right now for their cookware. When you spend $75 or more on their cookware, they'll take $15 off. So that'll bring the price of a 7-liter Kuhn down to $145, plus it ships free...
