Subject: Ok, I've been convinced to get a PC, but

.....I'm having a hard time finding the two recommended in the PC article on this site. For years I've used a rice cooker (Hitachi) to do a lot of my Cuban cooking, but it is now obviously on it's last legs, so I figure a PC is a better replacement.

I figured I'd go with either the Farberware or the Kuhn, whichever I could find around town. I can't find either. The Fagor, OTOH, is everywhere. It's like there's some conspiracy out there amongst the stores to make me buy a Fagor lol.

Should I go for it, or order a Kuhn from Amazon or some other place online?

Or the 8qt programmable Farberware? Is one or the other better for just normal rice cooking (although I intend to do much much more with my PC, but the rice is an important consideration for me)
