I've read that the scare over aluminum's connection to Alzheimer's was a tempest in a teapot. There is no connection. People who take large amounts of aluminum by way of antiacids have no higher incidence of Alzheimer's. If the large amounts of aluminum antacid users consume don't cause more Alzheimer's than the comparatively tiny dose you get through aluminum leeching from cookware won't either.
