Okay, head to head, is the Kuhn 7 Liter worth $70 more than the Fagor 6 quart Multirapid Pro. What would I really be giving up besides the extra money? I'm new to pressure cooking, but I'm pretty convinced that it will be the way to go? I've already decided against a big cooker/canner. Come the time I want to get into pressure canning, I'll buy a canner. Any input will be appreciated. Bill
