My MIL is crazy about rice pudding. I'll have to try that recipe. The only thing is I don't have that particular Sass book. I have Cooking Under Pressure & Great Veg Cooking U. P., which have a total of three rice pudding recipes. She uses extra long grain white rice, but I've only ever used arborio for rice pudding. What kind of rice did you use?
