It was great! Only took ten minutes. 1 large onion, chopped Put everything in the PC and stir well. Put lid on and bring to pressure. Lower heat to maintain pressure and cook for ten minutes. Remove from heat and use quick pressure release method. If the pasta is not quite done, let the lid sit on the pot and let the pasta absorb more liquid. It was deliciously al dente for us last night, but this morning, most of the sauce had been absorbed by the pasta. Good eatin' for lunch today!
