 that's what my pan looks like - and i miss it I spritz olive oil on the pan and lightly brush the veggies. I love flavor and spices but between the vegetable and the grill flavors, there's enough yumminess. We usually just sprinkle w/sea salt. I love to grill (in no particular order) summer squash, onions, asparagus, pepper, fennel. -Stacey
