Thanks so much for suggesting the Lorna Sass Risotto with Winter Squash.

I tried it yesterday with butternut squash (and am anxious to try the acorn squash). I served it with a huge salad and grilled veggies: zucchini, crook-neck squash, red bell pepper, and my favorite, asparagus. (Somehow, the grilling brings out flavors in those veggies that are just awesome!)

I had noted your suggestion to use thyme leaves in place of the sage leaves but missed it until after I added the sage. So I added in the thyme anyway. The combination of the two herbs was a big hit with my family.

We will definitely try this one again. I'm looking forward to stirring in grilled summer squash veggies for the summertime that was also suggested by another fan of this recipe.

Thanks to all of you who share your experiments and alterations. They are blessing many lives out there!
