I have always been intimidated by pressure cooking, but I decided that today was the day to try it. I used an old favorite Red Beans & Rice recipe for ingredients, and used the Chili Barbecued Bean recipe that LoriM posted for timing. I could have used a little less water (I forgot that my old recipe recommends cooking uncovered for the last 10 minutes or so, to thicken things up), but otherwise, no complaints! Woo-hoo for pressure cookers!!
