I went back and looked at the recipe and noticed the discrepancy, too. I had been told summer squash here and saw only the recipe with winter squash. I went ahead and bought my favorite winter squash (kabocha) and made it this morning. I loved it so much, I had it for breakfast and lunch! Will probably finish it off tonight! LOL
