Subject: Guy, I made the grits last night

I used a ceramic souffle dish which fit perfectly inside the steamer piece. The grits are dreamy, perfectly smooth and the clean up was so easy.

Thanks for your help, I plan to try lots of other dishes using that technique. I will look for a taller dish also, so I can make larger servings.
