I just used one of the new guys -- the 4qt, which Kuhn calls the "risotto cooker."

So I made risotto, and it was...............

perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I had it good with the 7L, but now I have it even better. I can't wait to use the little one for something!!!
