Subject: Just made rice pilaf, double boiler style

Wow! I used my Farberware electric PC with a revere ware double boiler insert on a trivet and cooked rice pilaf. Just Near East brand white rice, but no oil needed. It came out so moist and fluffy. I'm hooked.
