Subject: Finally got my new PC---any suggetions?

Hello,

I just got my new PC from Martha Stewart today in the mail. It took forever to get it because the first one they sent out never arrived so they had to 2nd day air me another one (it took about a month to get my new PC). Now that I have my new PC, I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips/recommendations on how to use it? I have Kuhn Rikon 5 liter PC and I will be using it for the first time this weekend. I've never used a PC before and will take a bit of adjustment to get used to it.

Any suggestions/ideas to make as a first recipe in my new PC this weekend?
