Yesterday's risotto had sage, fresh ground pepper, garlic, celery, corn and green beans. MMMMMM. Today's lunch - the curried split pea soup from Sass' Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure. For dinner tonight I spooned some of the leftover soup over the leftover risotto - it was delicious! I could have eaten a ton of it had I had more risotto left over. Rounded the meal off with some steamed brocolli with lemon juice. Best - Heart
