say, about 8-10 hours cooking time for the crock as opposed to 6 minutes under pressure in the PC for beans... my crock pot is in storage, and I doubt I'll use it again any time soon. Also, the food tastes better cooked in a PC, and there are more recipes available (can you cook a decent risotto in a crock pot?).
