So I'm considering buying a pressure cooker, but cant decide b/w electric and stovetop....peoples experiences with both would be greatly appreciated!! I know for sure I want at least a 7-8Qt. for leftovers, freezing, etc...

I've recenly hit a rut in veggie cooking, and have been very lazy with cooking...ie. sick of salads, veggie dogs, etc...and am in desperate need of ideas for great meals without a lot of time or effort during the week.
