Subject: Buying another PC

I own a Pro - Selections 6L . I am not very experienced but have just recieved the Lorna Sass cook book so will learn more as I go along. What I do know is that it is a very useful piece to have. I am looking for another one to buy for our sail boat and was hoping that all of you could help me with some questions that I have. I will probably buy a larger one . I was looking at a 12 L. Most of the time I am cooking for just my husband and myself , but there will be times that we take on more people to help us with crossings. Can you buy too big? I was looking a t a Logastina 12L. It is much lighter construction that what I have now. Is there a disadvantage in light? I would be using it on a gas stove. I think
Shona and one other person have Longastina. I would be interested to know if they find they get scorchiing and anything else they can share with me. What attracted me to this brand was the two short handles that is convenient for storage. Are there other brands that have two short handles? I looked at Kuhn Rikon on Amazon ( thanks Sabrina for the heads up). Unfortunatly they don`t ship some products to Canada. But I learned from the information that they had posted. Thanks for all your help . DJ Oh, good luck to all of you who were able to cash in on the Kuhn Rikon deal. It will be interesting to hear if they execute those deals. I`m envious.
