Brown arborio rice is available at napastyle.com but it is expensive. $9.00 for 2#. I have been searching for another source but no luck yet.
There is a recipe for brown rice risotto on oprah.com
It uses short grain brown rice and then you stir in milk to give it that creaminess. I tried this using soymilk and it was good but not quite like real risotto.
