I highly recommend the Kuhn Rikon (widely considered the Rolls Royce of PCs), which I bought at Martha Stewart. It was a 5 quart for $90 on sale, reg. $150. I've recommended it a couple of times on this board already, so I don't know whether they still have them in stock.
