Subject: Stacey...did you make the Carrots Tsimmes?

I just made it (finally), but the sweet potato seems too firm, even though I "forgot" to go get it at exactly 4 minutes and ended up cooking it more like 7 minutes. LOL. It smells delish, but I don't know if anyone besides me will eat it, and I made a BIG batch. Good thing carrots are cheap.
