Hello, i currently rent a house that has a gas range. I love it...even before i got my PC. But now that I have my PC, i love it even more. I have a Kuhn Rikon 8 quart and use it at least two to three times a week. The Lorna Sass cookbook is the BEST cookbook i have ever used. I am very sad because now we are thinking about moving back to an apartment for a little while to save some money and probably 99.5% of the places i have called on have electric ranges! Does anyone use their Kuhn rikon on an electric range? does it work? i am so sad.
