can i buy carrots & celery & onions & clean them & cut them & freeze them so I can just grab a mixed bag out of the freezer and toss it in to the pc with some other stuff & make soup?? usually, the celery goes bad before i have a chance to use/eat it.

also, we have some fennel fronds kicking around in the freezer - can i do anything with them?
