Subject: Creative Use Steam Baskets

Thanks to KathyG for responding to my previous post for a Minestrone recipe.

I'm a PC newbie, and I was wondering how people are using the stack steamer baskets to simultaneously prepare ingredients to either 1) combine into a single dish, like a soup; OR 2) to serve as complimentary items on a dinner plate, like main course and sides.
