I like to steam potatoes in a pressure cooker. I scrub them, poke fork holes in each side & steam for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. They are great for mashing, eating as they are and for hash browns. I have also steamed potatoes after cutting into french fry shape with a food processor. Haven't steamed them in a pressure cooker but they steam in about 15 minutes in a regular steamer.
